TSAVO National Park

One of the least known (but one of the largest) parks in Kenya is Tsavo. It extends from Nairobi to the coast of the Indian Ocean. It is so impressive as within it’s territory coexist wetlands, freshwater sources, extinct volcanoes, rugged peaks, impossible green plains and dusty landscapes during the dry season which change to an explosion of  colour experience after rainfall.

Against this unquestionable beauty, you need to understand that wild animals like elephants, zebras, hippos, or leopards, and birds, are much harder to see. This is because they hide in the lush vegetation, but also, they are less used to human presence, and can behave more aggressively.
